AD ORDERING & DESIGN INSTRUCTIONS

The Man of the Year /Youth of the Year Tribute Book offers an excellent way for you to express your appreciation to your club’s honorees. The following information will help you design and pay for your ad.

The dimensions of the Tribute Book are 5 1/2″ W x 8 1/2″ L. Ads are smaller than these dimensions (see below).

In addition to the standard b/w ads, we offer three premium ad spaces on both inside covers and the outside back cover. Premium spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Earlybird deadline for ad reservations, submissions and payment is January 31, 2018.

Final deadline for ad reservations and ad materials is February 12, 2018.

After your order is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your ad.

Design Instructions

Click one of these MS Word or PDF files to download a template. If you prefer to compose your own ad without a template, use the dimensions listed in the grid above.

  1. If using one of the MS Word file templates, simply choose the ad you like and edit it. USE THE FONTS PROVIDED.
  2. If using the PDF templates, use a graphics editor that can import PDF files and resave the final ad as a PDF.
  3. Be careful not to resize the ads. 
  4. If you are taking out a standard (non-cover) ad, submit the artwork in B&W. If you are reserving an inside cover or back cover position, submit the artwork in full-color CMYK.
  5. If including a photo, make sure it is high resolution.
